Hello, I'm Gretchen.
Therapy is a place to explore your choices, uncover what matters most, and find your own path through life. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and life transitions, helping them slow down, notice patterns, and make decisions that reflect their values.
In sessions, we focus on building on your strengths and noticing patterns that may hold you back. Using strategies from ACT and CBT, we explore your values, practice skills for responding to difficult thoughts and emotions, and take meaningful action that aligns with the life you want to live. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, helping you move forward in a way that feels authentic and freeing.

Therapy isn’t just for crises. It’s for anyone curious about growth, clarity, or navigating life’s changes with more support and self-awareness. Many people seek therapy during periods of stress, transition, or when something no longer feels aligned.
What are your rates?

Individual therapy sessions are $165 per session.
A limited number of sliding scale openings are available and reserved for clients with demonstrated financial need. Availability is limited and not always open.
Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance at this time. This allows me to provide individualized, evidence-based care without the session limits or treatment restrictions often required by insurance plans. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you may submit for possible reimbursement.

At this time, I offer secure virtual therapy (telehealth) for clients located in Texas. Telehealth provides flexibility and accessibility while maintaining privacy, consistency, and continuity of care.
